Main Description
Conversion of a PNC bank in downtown Walled Lake into a private insurance agency.

Project Challenges:
The pressing time constraints created a challenge for the management team. This project was turned over in 90 days, from demolition to Certificate of Occupancy.

Most Interesting Aspects:
The previous tenant was PNC Bank which enabled the customer to incorporate some bank relics into their design, such as the safety deposit boxes being repurposed as a art or the vault being converted into a waiting/lounging area for customers.
