This is where we start in our initial meeting with you. At this stage we’re focused on creating a foundation for a strong relationship, and digging into some core questions that will drive the rest of the building process. It’s important for us to understand the scope of your project, along with what type of budget you have.

Initial Estimate

Phase 2 – Let’s start getting specific with costs and supplies

At this point, we deliver an initial estimate to you. We sit down and comb through the estimate to again confirm that we are moving in the right direction, and it gives us an opportunity to have you verify assumptions that were made during the estimation process. We’ll also dig into the project supplies allowance and confirm everything looks amenable with you.

Phase 3 – See how it’s going to look, and nail down the smallest of details

Now, we’re focused on drilling down to extreme specifics to ensure your expectations and the project we’re designing are exactly the same. This is also where we’ll present our interpretation of the design. This stage allows you to review what the finished project will look like, and provide feedback based on actual specifications and layout.

Start Building

Phase 4 – Commence Construction

At this point, your work is mostly done. This is where we get to work putting our coordinated plan into action. We’ll make sure we have the right contractors working on the various aspects of the project, manage deliveries of materials to the job site, and be pro-active with any potentially time delaying surprises.

Project Completion

Phase 5 – Enjoy Your New Space

At every step of this project, your satisfaction is our primary concern. The project isn’t complete until you’re completely happy with how the build turned out. One of our project success managers will meet with you at the site to go over the project and confirm that the completed build matches the scope we agreed on in steps 2 and 3. Should you have any concerns, we’ll do whatever it takes to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your Weberman Construction experience.
